Clinical Coordinators Workgroup
Aims of the workgroup
- To establish a consistent and clear message for all staff involved in clinical activity as regards expectations and role parameters;
- To codify knowledge, procedures and protocols;
- To address the inadequacies of staff experience that was highlighted in staff feedback over the past year;
- To establish best practice models in staff management and professional development;
- To identify equipment needs and / or facility alterations that relate to clinical and teaching activity; and
- To work towards comprehensive documentation which would be used as a reference for all staff.
