Role
I take care of all day-to-day RHD, Honours, and Master of Clinical Audiology student administration for the Department including enquiries, new applications, interviewing and selecting applicants, co-ordinating exams and processing results. I also manage the clinical timetable for the post-graduate coursework program as well as the LMS. I provide administrative support to the clinical teaching staff and co-ordinate all external teaching programs run through the Department. I am responsible for promoting the Department’s coursework degree and research opportunities to prospective students at information sessions and Open Days as well as designing and updating promotional print materials and handbooks. I am the First Aid Officer for the clinical school.
Committees
I support the Teaching Committee and Research Higher Degree Sub-Committee.
Career Background
In my previous life I have worked as a freelance editor and proofreader, a special effects typographer and graphic artist. I have also have also been known to dabble in writing.
